Website Terms of Use & Recruiting Services Disclosure

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Inside The Ropes Recruiting website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or using website resources, you agree to these Website Terms of Use & Recruiting Services Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. ABOUT INSIDE THE ROPES RECRUITING

Inside The Ropes Recruiting provides college golf recruiting consulting, education, school research, recruiting-material support, coach-outreach assistance, and recruiting-process guidance to prospective student-athletes and their families.

Inside The Ropes is not a college, university, athletic department, admissions office, NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA eligibility center, law firm, financial advisory firm, or professional sports or NIL agency.

3. IMPORTANT RECRUITING DISCLOSURE

Inside The Ropes Recruiting does not guarantee scholarships, financial aid, admission, roster placement, playing time, coach responses, or recruitment by any particular college or university.

College recruiting outcomes depend on numerous factors outside Inside The Ropes’ control, including athletic performance, academics, admissions standards, roster needs, coach evaluations, available financial aid, eligibility requirements, and institutional decisions.

4. NOT ATHLETE-AGENT, NIL, OR PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION

Website content and recruiting services are intended to provide college recruiting consulting and facilitation only. Unless expressly permitted under a separate written agreement after applicable legal requirements are satisfied, Inside The Ropes does not:

·         Act as a professional sports or athlete agent.

·         Negotiate professional sports contracts.

·         Negotiate NIL, endorsement, sponsorship, licensing, or marketing agreements.

·         Accept or reject scholarships, financial aid, admissions offers, roster opportunities, or other agreements for a Student-Athlete.

·         Provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

5. INFORMATIONAL CONTENT

Website articles, checklists, guides, social-media content, emails, and other educational materials are provided for general information. Recruiting and eligibility rules may change and may differ by division, association, institution, conference, state, or individual circumstances.

Visitors should confirm important eligibility, admissions, scholarship, and recruiting matters with the applicable authoritative organization or institution.

6. SERVICES, PRICING, AND CONSULTATIONS

Service descriptions, package features, and prices may be displayed on the website. Displaying a price does not by itself create a client relationship or require Inside The Ropes to accept a prospective client.

Before paid services begin, the applicable Client or parent/legal guardian may be required to review and accept a separate Recruiting Consulting Services Agreement and package-specific terms.

Any material fees, installment obligations, recurring billing terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be disclosed before payment is authorized.

7. MINORS

Inside The Ropes works with prospective student-athletes who may be under 18. Paid recruiting services for a minor require the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Minors should not submit payment information or enter into paid service agreements without parent or guardian involvement.

8. WEBSITE INQUIRIES DO NOT CREATE REPRESENTATION

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, scheduling a consultation, following a social-media account, or receiving free educational information does not by itself create a client relationship or authorize Inside The Ropes to communicate with colleges on a Student-Athlete’s behalf.

9. USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

If you submit information through the website, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Do not submit another person’s private information without appropriate permission.
